After the successful 2024 edition in Hungary, the baton has officially been passed to Italy. From July 18 to August 1, 2026, Salerno will become the epicentre of European sporting talent. Thanks to the synergy between the University of Salerno and CUS Salerno, the city will welcome over 4,500 student-athletes from every corner of the continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These Games will not be just a competition, but a unique opportunity to celebrate the values that define the EUSA spirit: integration, fair play, and sharing<\/strong>. It is one of the most important university sporting events in Europe, bringing together thousands of young athletes every two years with the aim of promoting academic spirit and international friendship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The University of Rijeka will be represented in badminton. Travelling to the Italian sunshine and the university games are four students: Luka \u010crep, Filip Kne\u017eevi\u0107, Sena Smailji, and Nu\u0161a Stojanovi\u0107<\/strong>, accompanied by coordinator Luka Vran\u010di\u0107<\/strong>, who will oversee the organisation and logistics of the Rijeka delegation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Competing at the EUSA Games is an outstanding achievement and a great honour for the Rijeka students, who first had to qualify through a selection process.
